Some clients need much less and occasionally some more depending on medical conditions and hormone levels. This will be discussed on consultation when we look at your hair growth. We recommend an annual top up session keep the skin hair-free in the long term.

Speaking from the majority of our clients, they say its painless using our machine but sensation varies from person to person but is often compared to a rubber band snapping against the skin if you feel anything. Some areas, such as the bikini line, may be more sensitive, but our modern laser systems include cooling technology to minimise discomfort.

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment to ensure the laser effectively targets the hair follicles. Avoid waxing, plucking, or bleaching the hair for at least 4 weeks before treatment, as this can interfere with results. It’s also recommended to avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds before your session to reduce the risk of irritation.

After treatment, it’s essential to keep the skin hydrated and avoid sun exposure by applying SPF 30 or higher daily. For the first 48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, swimming pools, and harsh skincare products to prevent irritation and sensitivity. If the skin feels warm or irritated, applying aloe vera gel can help soothe the area.
